We’re excited to announce that we are adding a new private community to our website. Beginning later this month, clients will be able to log in to a client services portal to view information and resources, customized for them. Materials will include documents on canine care, training videos, state laws and regulations, traveling tips, equipment recommendations and much more!
If you are a graduate or recently certified team, once you see a link on the top of our homepage for “Client Services Login," you can use it to request access to this dynamic new section of our site, made just for you! We will do our best to respond to requests in a timely manner during business hours.
If you are entering the client services portal, your menu items will change to reflect those of this specific section, but you can always return to the main site by clicking on our Can Do Canines logo in the upper-left portion of the site.
Volunteers and those involved in our Puppy Program will also be able to more easily log in to their specific site sections using similar links on top of our homepage. The Puppy Program portal is expected to be updated to mirror the new look and functionality of our new website in upcoming months. Once this update happens, those using the client services portal will need to go through a login update, which may mean changing user credentials. We will keep you informed of these changes as we get closer.
