Throughout the year, we plan a variety of inspiring events that highlight the work we do.


Graduations
– Events held in February/March, June and October to recognize several of the newly formed partnerships of an assistance dog and a person with a disability.


Open Houses
 – Quarterly presentations for those who would like to learn more about Can Do Canines.


The Fetching Ball Gala
– A wonderful evening held each winter, celebrating Can Do Canines.


Can Do Woofaroo
– Our family-fun festival is held in September and includes a variety of exciting activities.

Tails of Independence – Rochester 2024

Rochester Art Center 30 Civic Center Dr SE, Rochester

Join us for a program that will give you an opportunity to learn about our work and hear how our dogs are changing lives in the Rochester-area community every day. The evening will include a casual reception, including hors d-oeuvres and a cash bar, followed by a one-hour program. Featured speakers are Laura, mother of Ian (who is paired with Autism Assist Dog Dewey), a Rochester Puppy Prison Program representative, and Can Do Canines Executive Director Jeff Johnson.
