Throughout the year, we plan a variety of inspiring events that highlight the work we do.
Graduations – Events held in February/March, June and October to recognize several of the newly formed partnerships of an assistance dog and a person with a disability.
Open Houses – Quarterly presentations for those who would like to learn more about Can Do Canines.
The Fetching Ball Gala – A wonderful evening held each winter, celebrating Can Do Canines.
Can Do Woofaroo – Our family-fun festival is held in September and includes a variety of exciting activities.

Virtual Conversation: Fall 2022

Join us for a Zoom virtual conversation on Monday, October 17, at 7 p.m. Executive Director Jeff Johnson will share some updates and insights, and then our Kennel Manager, Katie Rickert, will present what a typical day in our kennel area is like. You won't want to miss hearing about some of the unique practices that take place with our dogs.
You can submit a question for Jeff and/or Katie to address during the one-hour session. If you sign up, we'll send you a reminder email on the morning of the conversation.
Both closed captioning and a live ASL interpreter will be available during the session.
